Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Hanvid, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to process and ship most orders within 2–3 days of payment completion. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited warranty for further assistance.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase (based on the receipt date). After 30 days, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be in its original, unopened, unused, unmarked, and undamaged condition.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws, which remain in addition to this policy.
Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in their original condition. If an item shows signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, missing parts, or damage from accidents, additional charges may apply.
Product Quality Issues
If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, Hanvid will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you are returning or exchanging due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Hanvid reserves the right to determine the condition of the returned item and whether it qualifies for a return or exchange.

- Requests that do not follow the guidelines above will not be authorized.
- Returns made without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, and Hanvid is not responsible for any lost items.
Authorized Returns or Exchanges
For authorized returns or exchanges, Hanvid will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions provided and ensure all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary gifts are included.
Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email. The item will be inspected, and we’ll inform you of the status of your request, based on the item’s condition and our policies.
If Approved:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly.
- Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after a few days:
- Please allow extra time for processing.
